Ki Allen, Information Technology Director

Ki Allen's key responsibility is to support the network and all computer systems, roll out new technology, and provide end-user support and training. She came to the Insight Center with 10 years experience in setting up Microsoft networks and handling many varied IT projects. Her expertise lies in the knowledge and versatility required for a single IT person to maintain every technical aspect of an office setup, from firewalls and wireless setup, to network printing issues and maintaining a corporate website as well as an intranet. Ki is also responsible for researching and bringing new state-of-the-art technology to the organization.   Prior to joining the Insight Center, Ki worked for a large affordable-housing nonprofit organization. Ki holds certifications including an MCSE 2003, MCITP, CCNA, & CCDA.
