P.Beidler-Carr, Esq. Ms. Beildler- Carr is a law clerk for the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Over the past 10 years Ms. Beidler-Carr has had the opportunity to work on child-care issues in Massachusetts, New York, California, Spain, and Illinois. Additionally, through her volunteer and professional experiences, she has gained exposure to research and legal services surrounding child abuse and neglect matters throughout the country. During law school Ms. Beidler-Carr participated in the Juvenile Justice and Appellate Defense Clinics at Northwestern University’s Bluhm Legal Clinic. She also worked at the Chicago law firm Jenner and Block, the Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and the Office of the Cook County Public Guardian. Prior to law school, Ms. Beidler-Carr consulted for a start-up child-care company in Madrid, Spain, where she helped with facilities development, business planning, and family-outreach projects. In the preceding years, she worked at the Insight Center, serving as the first project coordinator of the Building Child Care Project, a collaboration that connects child-care providers with financial resources for developing facilities. A native of Chicago, Ms. Beidler-Carr received her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and her B.A. from Harvard University.
