This calculator is exclusively intended for use by counselors who work with low-income families.  The Calculator:

•  Identifies which of 14 different benefits and tax credits clients are eligible for;
•  Describes how each benefit works, where to apply and documents to bring;
•  Shows a "before" and "after" budget that takes those benefit amounts into account;
•  Tracks client progress toward economic self-sufficiency.
